Refund policy

At YUANFENG PET FURNITURE. LTD, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. We understand that there may be occasions where our products do not meet your expectations, and we wish to make the process of addressing these situations as seamless and fair as possible.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have the right to request a return or exchange within one week of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and the original packaging must remain undamaged.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
